Frankfurt am Main, April 24, 2025<\/p>\n

The Management Board of Brockhaus Technologies AG (\u201cBrockhaus Technologies\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d, ISIN: DE000A2GSU42) has today decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting originally scheduled for June 25, 2025. The background to this is the ongoing delays in the audit of the consolidated financial statements and the annual financial statements of the Company for the financial year 2024, caused by additional audit procedures and the need for extensive internal investigations. The Company will announce a new date for the Annual General Meeting in due course.<\/p>\n
