Mr. Peiker had been a member of the Supervisory Board of BKHT since 2018 and therefore also played a key role in the company&#8217;s IPO. Mr. Peiker&#8217;s mandate would have regularly ended at the end of the Annual General Meeting in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason for Mr. Peiker&#8217;s decision is&nbsp;the&nbsp;significantly&nbsp;increased requirements of the family office he manages. Unfortunately, these no longer allow Mr. Peiker to perform the time-intensive tasks of a Supervisory Board&nbsp;member&nbsp;for BKHT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andreas Peiker explains: &#8220;The decision to end my time as Supervisory Board member prematurely was a very difficult one for me. But I made it in the knowledge that Brockhaus Technologies AG is well positioned for the future. I will remain closely associated with the company as a shareholder.
