Juli 2019 \u2013 Der Partikelmesstechnikspezialist Palas\u00ae aus Karlsruhe hat im Juli 2019 einen Beirat gegr\u00fcndet, der die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung des Unternehmens als strategischer Sparringspartner in der langfristigen Weiterentwicklung unterst\u00fctzen soll. Beiratsmitglieder sind Dr. Christian Debus und Andreas Rapp.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herr Dr. Debus war mehrere Jahre als Executive Vice President und Member Group Management bei Camfil t\u00e4tig und ist Experte auf den Gebieten der Reinlufttechnik und Luftfilterproduktion. Herr Rapp war nach einer Station bei&nbsp;BMW&nbsp;mehr als 13 Jahre im Consulting t\u00e4tig, bevor er 2015 bei der Sulzer AG einstieg. Seit 2018 ist er als Chief Transformation Officer bei der Volkswagen AG t\u00e4tig. Gemeinsam werden sie die Palas\u00ae Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung bei Themen rund um strategische Ausrichtung, Unternehmensentwicklung und Erschlie\u00dfung neuer M\u00e4rkte unterst\u00fctzen. Neben der fachlichen Expertise des Beirats wird Palas\u00ae auch von dem gro\u00dfen Netzwerk der Beir\u00e4te profitieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eDer Beirat ist f\u00fcr die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung der Palas\u00ae ein sehr effektives Gremium, das es uns erm\u00f6glicht, unsere Strategien zu reflektieren und unseren Wachstumskurs nachhaltig umzusetzen\u201c, so Dr. Daniel Auer, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Palas GmbH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u00dfgeblich an der Gr\u00fcndung des Beirats war die Brockhaus Capital Management AG (BCM) beteiligt, die seit Dezember 2018 Mehrheitseigent\u00fcmer der Palas\u00ae ist. \u201eMit Dr. Christian Debus und Andreas Rapp konnten wir einen schlagkr\u00e4ftigen und industrieerfahrenen Beirat f\u00fcr Palas\u00ae gewinnen, dessen Erfahrung die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung dabei unterst\u00fctzen wird, die Technologief\u00fchrerschaft global zu festigen und weiter auszubauen\u201c, so Marco Brockhaus,&nbsp;CEO&nbsp;von&nbsp;BCM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sitzungen, an welchen ebenso die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung von Palas\u00ae und Vertreter von&nbsp;BCM&nbsp;teilnehmen, werden quartalsweise stattfinden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Karlsruhe, 29.
