Die Brockhaus Technologies AG (BKHT, ISIN: DE000A2GSU42, \u201eBrockhaus Technologies\u201c) hat im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024 gem\u00e4\u00df vorl\u00e4ufiger Zahlen Umsatzerl\u00f6se von \u20ac\u00a0205\u00a0Mio. erzielt, was einem rein organischen Wachstum von +10% gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr entspricht (2023: \u20ac\u00a0187 Mio.). Das bereinigte EBITDA stieg um +7% auf \u20ac\u00a066\u00a0Mio. und entspricht einer bereinigten EBITDA-Marge von 32,4% (2023: \u20ac\u00a062 Mio.; 33,3% Marge).<\/p>\n

Sowohl die erzielten Umsatzerl\u00f6se als auch das bereinigte EBITDA liegen unterhalb der im M\u00e4rz 2024 f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024 kommunizierten Prognosespannen von \u20ac 220 Mio. bis \u20ac 240 Mio. f\u00fcr die Umsatzerl\u00f6se und \u20ac 80 Mio. bis \u20ac 90 Mio. f\u00fcr das bereinigte EBITDA.<\/p>\n

Ein wesentlicher Treiber waren im vierten Quartal aufgetretene und inzwischen gel\u00f6ste Anlaufschwierigkeiten der neu gegr\u00fcndeten Gebrauchtrad-Plattform Bike2Future und damit verbunden geringer als erwartet ausgefallene Umsatzerl\u00f6se aus der Verwertung von zuvor verleasten Fahrr\u00e4dern und E-Bikes im R\u00fcckl\u00e4ufergesch\u00e4ft des Segments HR Benefit & Mobility Platform (Bikeleasing und Probonio). Dar\u00fcber hinaus f\u00fchrten u.a. kundenseitig verschobene Auslieferungen bei IHSE zu einem unterplanm\u00e4\u00dfigen Umsatz und Ergebnis im vierten Quartal.<\/p>\n

Trotz der wirtschaftlich herausfordernden Situation rechnet BKHT f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2025 weiterhin mit einer Fortsetzung des organischen Umsatzwachstums bei einer hohen Profitabilit\u00e4t. Vor dem Hintergrund der vorl\u00e4ufigen Ertragskennzahlen f\u00fcr 2024, halten wir jedoch nicht mehr an unserem Mittelfristausblick f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2025 aus dem Juni 2023 fest. Eine konkrete Prognose f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2025 wird wie \u00fcblich Ende M\u00e4rz 2025 im Rahmen des Gesch\u00e4ftsberichts ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n
