  1. \n Expand the company\u2019s business in the US market by establishing a strong\n market presence and generating new business.\n <\/li>\n
  2. \n Development and implementation of the sales strategy and market approach for\n the US, establish sales structures, run business development projects.\n <\/li>\n
  3. \n Establish and grow organizational set up in the US and develop the required\n organization for a significant increase of market share with a lean and\n effective structure and processes.\n <\/li>\n
  4. \n Develop executive relationships and establish trusted advisor relationships\n with client accounts to understand customer needs.\n <\/li>\n
  5. \n Ensure the sales team manages the full sales and project process for\n customers to offer value-enhancing products, services and solutions.\n <\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. \n Strong experience in sales strategy and operations leadership in technical\n industry with P&L responsibility.\n <\/li>\n
    2. \n Track record in identifying growth markets and managing growth from a sales\n perspective as well as in successfully developing new businesses.\n <\/li>\n
    3. \n Combination of native-level English with very good knowledge of local\n markets as well as proficiency in German and familiarity with \u201cMittelstand\u201d\n culture.\n <\/li>\n
