Halbleiterindustrie.<\/p><p>Im August 2007 erwarb Brockhaus Private Equity die Mehrheit der Anteile der ATT Systems und begleitete w\u00e4hrend der Investitionsdauer die geographische Expansion des Unternehmens, insbesondere in Asien und in den USA.<\/p><p>Im Oktober 2013 wurde ATT Systems an Cascade Microtech, Inc., einen an der NASDAQ notierten Hersteller von Waferprobing-Systemen,
