Brockhaus Private Equity durch Erwerb einer Minderheit an SimonsVoss. In der Folge expandierte das Unternehmen international mit neuen Niederlassungen in Singapur, Dubai, den Niederlanden, Gro\u00dfbritannien, Frankreich und \u00d6sterreich. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde die Armatix, ein High-Tech-Unternehmen f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und Vermarktung von digitalen Sicherungssystemen f\u00fcr Faustfeuerwaffen und Gewehre (sog. SmartGun Solutions), gegr\u00fcndet und im M\u00e4rz 2005 ausgegliedert.<\/p><p>Im Januar 2008 wurde die Beteiligung von Brockhaus Private Equity an den Mehrheitsgesellschafter des Unternehmens verkauft.
