Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Anwendungen in Wundverschluss, Blutstillung, antibiotischem Schutz und Zahnchirurgie.<\/p><p>Im Jahr 2009 suchte das in dritter Generation gef\u00fchrte Familienunternehmen eine Nachfolgel\u00f6sung. \u00dcber das M&amp;A-Netzwerk von Brockhaus Private Equity entwickelte sich der Kontakt zwischen den Parteien und im Juli des Jahres wurde das Unternehmen im Rahmen eines Buy-Out erworben. Um die Potenziale optimal zu nutzen, fokussierte sich das Unternehmen mit Hilfe von Brockhaus Private Equity auf die internationale Expansion.
